Because cigars and other tobacco products are consumable products, all tobacco-product sales are generally final, subject to the exceptions below<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For health, safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, Velvet Blaze Cigars does not accept returns or exchanges of tobacco products merely because a customer changes their mind, dislikes a flavor or blend, or no longer wants the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will, however, work with customers when an order arrives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defective; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect due to an error by Velvet Blaze Cigars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible problems must be reported within&nbsp;<strong>3 calendar days of confirmed delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting a Problem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request assistance with a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact Velvet Blaze Cigars and provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your name and order number; a description of the issue; clear photographs showing the product and problem; and photographs of the shipping packaging when the issue involves shipping damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please retain the product and original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opened or Used Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that have been smoked, consumed, altered, or improperly stored after delivery generally are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening packaging solely as reasonably necessary to discover concealed damage or an incorrect product will not, by itself, prevent us from reviewing a claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds and Replacements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Velvet Blaze Cigars determines that a claim qualifies under this policy, we may, as appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment.
