Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Velvet Blaze Cigars, Inc., we take pride in the quality and care that goes into our premium cigar products. Because cigars and other tobacco products are consumable products, all tobacco-product sales are generally final, subject to the exceptions below

Returns and Exchanges

For health, safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, Velvet Blaze Cigars does not accept returns or exchanges of tobacco products merely because a customer changes their mind, dislikes a flavor or blend, or no longer wants the product.

We will, however, work with customers when an order arrives:

• Damaged;
• Defective; or
• Incorrect due to an error by Velvet Blaze Cigars.

Eligible problems must be reported within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Reporting a Problem

To request assistance with a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact Velvet Blaze Cigars and provide:

Your name and order number; a description of the issue; clear photographs showing the product and problem; and photographs of the shipping packaging when the issue involves shipping damage.

Please retain the product and original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Opened or Used Products

Products that have been smoked, consumed, altered, or improperly stored after delivery generally are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Opening packaging solely as reasonably necessary to discover concealed damage or an incorrect product will not, by itself, prevent us from reviewing a claim.

Refunds and Replacements

If Velvet Blaze Cigars determines that a claim qualifies under this policy, we may, as appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending upon your financial institution or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable except when the refund results from an error by Velvet Blaze Cigars or as otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters fulfillment or is shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible at 347-839-7487 if you need to request a cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Velvet Blaze Cigars reserves the right to cancel an order when required by law, when age or identity verification cannot be completed, when payment cannot be authorized, when a product is unavailable, when we reasonably suspect fraud, or when we cannot legally ship the order to the requested destination.

If Velvet Blaze Cigars cancels a paid order before shipment, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
